Ticket 0044 Delivered

Clinical documentation platform

Therapy practice · New York

Symptom
Clinicians were writing session notes at home after hours. Documentation was eating an evening a week per person and the practice was falling behind on records.
Build
A web platform that records a session, transcribes the audio, and drafts six document types from it — each with its own prompt tuned to the practice's language. Multi-user accounts so the team works in one place, plus an importer for their existing history.
The hard part
Getting the finished note into the EHR they already use. Built a browser extension that puts the draft directly into the record, so nobody copies and pastes between two systems.

Ticket 0031 Resolved

Whole office offline after a modem swap

Insurance agency · Long Island

Symptom
Staff arrived to find no shared drives and no access to their line of business software. The ISP had already visited and confirmed the connection was working, which it was.
Diagnosis
The replacement modem handed out a different network, and Windows classified it as unknown on the server. Everything behind that profile — including every mapped drive in the office — stopped being reachable.
Outcome
Office working again the same morning. The engagement converted into a quarterly IT support agreement so the next one gets caught earlier.

Ticket 0038 Running

Scheduled market signal agent

Internal build

Goal
Watch a set of prediction markets continuously and surface movement worth looking at, without anyone sitting in front of a screen.
Build
A Python service on a schedule that reads the platform's public API alongside an on-chain RPC endpoint, writes every reading to a local database, and posts to Slack when a threshold is crossed.
Judgement call
Deliberately built as a signal tool rather than an automated trader. Reading data from a public API is fine; placing trades programmatically would have broken the platform's terms. Worth knowing where that line is before building, not after.

  • Python
  • SQLite
  • APScheduler
  • Polygon RPC

Ticket 0022 Deployed

Cloud-hosted messaging bot

Client engagement

Goal
A messaging bot that needed to stay up without a machine in someone's office running it.
Build
Deployed to a cloud instance with the service configured to restart on failure and survive reboots. Straightforward work, but the difference between a script that runs when you remember and something you can rely on.
Also in this period
Website builds for small business clients, and platform compliance work on an existing site that needed to meet requirements it was not written for.
Stack
  • Python
  • AWS EC2
  • Telegram API

Whatever the
problem plugs into

The categories below are the common ones, not the limits. If it involves a machine, a network, or software, it is worth asking about.

01 — Agents

AI agents and automation

Work that happens on a schedule without anyone remembering to do it. Pull from a source, decide whether anything changed, store it, and tell a human only when it matters.

  • Scheduled services with logging and retry logic
  • Collection from APIs, databases, and on-chain sources
  • Local storage, so you own the history rather than a vendor
  • Alerts into Slack, email, or SMS
  • Document drafting and summarisation with LLMs
02 — Software

Custom software builds

For when the off-the-shelf tool almost fits and the gap is where all your time goes. Built to run in your environment and integrate with what you already pay for.

  • Web applications with accounts, roles, and permissions
  • Browser extensions that bridge into existing platforms
  • Transcription and document generation pipelines
  • Data migration out of spreadsheets and legacy systems
  • Deployment, monitoring, and handover documentation
03 — Web

Websites and web apps

A site that loads fast, works on a phone, and does not need a developer every time a price changes. Built on infrastructure that costs close to nothing to run.

  • Static sites, landing pages, and small applications
  • Accessibility and mobile as a baseline, not an add-on
  • Forms and booking that reach you reliably
  • Domain, hosting, and SSL configured and documented
  • Ongoing maintenance if you want it
04 — Infrastructure

IT consulting and support

The layer everything else sits on. Where the practice started, and still the fastest way to get value out of an engagement — most offices lose hours a week to something small and fixable.

  • Network diagnosis when the internet is "fine" but nothing works
  • Server and file share configuration
  • Device deployment and mobile device management
  • Backup verification and recovery planning
  • Vendor and ISP escalation on your behalf

How this works

Three steps, whether it is a two-hour fix or a three-month build.

Talk

Twenty minutes on what is actually happening. No charge, and no obligation. If it turns out you do not need me, I will tell you that instead.

Scope

A written proposal: what gets done, by when, and what it costs. Nothing starts before you approve it, and the number does not move afterwards.

Ship

Updates as it goes rather than silence until delivery. Handover documentation at the end, so you are never locked to me to keep it running.

Fixed prices,
written down

Every build starts on a 50% deposit, and the number in the proposal does not move. You own the files, the accounts and the data.

  • Quoted first

DiagnosticSomething is broken, or you want an honest read on your setup before committing to anything. One visit or session, fixed fee, quoted before it starts.

  • $300 to $600 / mo

Office IT CareFor offices of 3 to 15 people with a file server, shared printers and nobody in charge of IT. Backups verified, machines patched, vendors handled, one call when something breaks.

  • $1,250 to $5,800

Website SprintA fast site for a local business, live in 5 business days, sold through Marquee Web Studio. Care plans from $75 a month keep it current.

  • From $3,500

Ops InstallOne painful process (notes, booking, receipts, intake) becomes one small app or a fenced agent crew your team actually uses, on your own accounts. $150 to $400 a month to keep it running.

  • $29 / $79

actually runs

Free guides written from the agent crew that runs this business. Every dollar figure is checked against the real books before it publishes, and every guide ships a skill with tests.

The fix and the build
are the same job.

Understanding why something broke is what makes the next thing worth building. Most consultancies split those into two departments. Here it is one person who does both.
